Quick Answer
A good Canton Fair visit starts with the right Guangzhou hotel area, confirmed fair phase, working payment apps, reliable airport transfer, and a realistic meeting schedule. First-time international buyers should prepare transport, registration, Chinese addresses, and backup communication before arrival. Local support is most useful for arrival day, supplier meetings, fair transport, and short Guangzhou routes around the exhibition.
